The Eynesbury College International Scholarship

This article will enlighten you on the steps to apply for the Eynesbury College International Scholarship.

The overseas graduates of Eynesbury College are honored with the scholarship program. For the minimum required full-time duration of the scholar’s selected undergraduate or graduate degree, a 10% or 5% tuition fee reduction is provided.

Eynesbury College offers scholarships for high-performing students who apply for Eynesbury College programs from the following countries:

Australia, Bangladesh, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Latin America, Macau, Malaysia, EMEAA (Dubai, Kenya, Nigeria, Tanzania, Zimbabwe), Middle East (Iran, Kuwait, UAE), Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Saudi, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan or Vietnam.

The value of the scholarships ranges from 10-50% of the program fee, depending on the academic performance of the student in their most recent year of schooling in their home country.


To be eligible for this scholarship you must:

  • Be a graduate of Eynesbury College;
  • The minimum grade to be eligible is 319 or above for Foundation, or a GPA of 3.0 for Diploma;
  • Have a University of Adelaide offer of admission (full offer or conditional offer) as a full-fee-paying international student;
  • Enroll in a full-time study load for each study period of the degree;
  • Complete the acceptance process as outlined in your offer of admission.

Note: One scholarship (the highest-value scholarship award they are eligible for) will be given to scholarship candidates who are qualified for more than one scholarship offered by the University of Adelaide.


The following applicants are not eligible to receive these scholarships:

  • The current University of Adelaide students who are transferring from one degree to another before the successful completion of their program of study (internal transfers)
  • Students who are recipients of a scholarship covering tuition fees awarded by a recognized scholarship awarding body such as a government ministry or department
  • Applicants for Masters by Research or Ph.D. programs;
  • Applicants for certain programs; see the scholarship terms and conditions for a list of excluded degrees.

Note: The University of Adelaide reserves the right to award, amend or cancel the Scholarship at its discretion. The terms and conditions of the Scholarship may be subject to change without prior notice.

How to apply

The Eynesbury College International Scholarship will be given automatically to students who match the requirements, therefore there is no need to submit an application. A confirmation of scholarships will be made at the time of acceptance.

Closing dates

Although applications for scholarships are accepted all year long, candidates are advised to complete the admissions process as soon as possible to give themselves enough time to submit a visa application and get ready for their studies.

Selection Process

The candidates for the College International Scholarship are narrowed down and chosen by the University of Adelaide’s selection committee.

Furthermore, the scholarship candidate’s course of study will play a role in the selection process. Not all programs at the UG and PG levels are covered by the University of Adelaide’s College International Scholarship.A few programs that are NOT covered by the scholarship program are the Master of Marine Engineering, the Bachelor of Health and Medical Science, the Graduate Diploma in Marine Engineering, etc.

Grant Details

The Eynesbury College International Scholarship covers 5% or 10% of the tuition fee of the students who are awarded this scholarship.

  • To avail 10% waiver in tuition fees, the scholarship must be accepted by the student within one week of issuance.
  • To avail 5% waiver in tuition fee, the scholarship must be the student within a period of 2 weeks from the date of issuance.
  • The scholarship scheme does NOT cover the cost of a recipient’s Australian student visaaccommodation expenses in Australia, or the cost to take tests to study in Australia.

The tuition fee waiver is provided for the entire duration of the course of the student provided that he does not transfer from one course to another.

Eynesbury College International Scholarship Payment Details

The University of Adelaide’s College International Scholarship payment will be made in the form of a tuition fee waiver that will be deposited directly into each recipient’s tuition fee account, reducing the tuition fee responsibility for each teaching session by the scholarship amount.
